POLEMIC REGULATION ABOUT RADICAL ORGANIZATION IN INDONESIA > 포토뉴스

A number of Muslim masses calling themselves the Presidium of Alumni Action 212, led by ustaz Ansufri Idrus Sambo as Chairman of the Presidium, went to the office of the National Human Rights Commission in Jakarta to report alleged human rights violations committed by the government on Friday, July 14, 2017. Among allegations of human rights violations that is, the issuance of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law on social organization, in which there are addition of sanctions and criteria of radical organization which is considered as authoritarian and arbitrary attitude of government to society organization, especially Islamic organization like Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) which is considered anti ideology Pancasila and plan to be dissolved by the government.
