Head of the Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) , Andi Eka Sakya (center) accompanied by Deputy Meteorology, Yunus Subagyo (right) and Deputy Geophysics, Matsuryono (left) gives a press statement related to the phenomenon of a total solar eclipse that will occur in March 9, 2016, in the BKMG office, Jakarta, Thursday, February 11, 2016. The phenomenon of a total solar eclipse (GMT) will traverse 11 provinces in Indonesia, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Borneo east, West Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Ternate.
