Premiered to the Indonesian press on the National Press Day (February 9th), "Spotlight" is a film highlighting the process of investigative journalism, masterpiece of American director, Tom McCarthy, who raised the real story of how the Boston Globe editorial team unravel the mystery of the scandal of sexual abuse of children at a Catholic church in the city of Boston, United States. Cooperating with Blitz Megaplex, the film has gained six Oscar nominations for Best Film, Best Director, Best Film Script, Best Film Editing, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress will be played to the public in Indonesia on February 17.
